Assisted
living is for persons who are reasonably independent, but need help
with routine tasks such as bathing and dressing.
A candidate
for assisted living should be capable of getting in and out of bed
without assistance, getting in and out of a chair or seated position
without assistance, and taking care of toilet needs independently.
Since no
two individuals have the same needs, we offer a menu of services.
The resident or the resident and his family then decide what is
needed.
 Available
services include medication management, bathing assistance, dressing
assistance, day/night support, and laundry of personal items.
The cost
of assisted living ranges from $1,500 to $3,000 per month, depending
on services required.
When health declines, there is security in knowing that assisted
living residents receive preferential placement to the health care
center.
