Short-Term Care

Our short-stay apartments are fully furnished and open to anyone who needs health care supervision on a temporary basis.

Typically, short-stay guests are:

• persons who can't manage alone while recuperating from an illness or injury;
• persons who have no one to look in on them while their usual help is out of town;
• persons who wish to be close to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center for treatment or therapy.

Stays typically range from one week to two months, and you are eligible for admission providing you do not require nursing home placement.

While in the short-stay apartments, you will have someone close by 24 hours a day to provide help and service.

Because the apartments are furnished, you don't have to bring a thing from home except clothes and toiletries.
