Billing Schedule
Effective July 1, 2011
Residents will be charged according to his or her assessment of level of care, which is completed upon admission and reviewed monthly by the Director of Nursing. A copy of the assessment will be provided after admission and following any level of care changes. The Level of Care assessment includes: Mobility; Eating; Bathing; Medications; Transfers; Dressing; Nursing Treatments; Toileting; Mood and Behaviors; and Special Circumstances.
The following items are included in the level of care daily rates: Room; Meals; Bath or Shower; Certified and Licensed staff; Life Enhancement Activities; Social and Restorative Services; Laundry; Housekeeping; Maintenance; Basic Cable; Transportation; and Personal Hygiene Items.
An additional charge is applied for nursing supplies and incontinent products. These items will be charged on an as needed basis. In addition the following are the responsibility of the resident and family: Beauty/Barber Services; Telephone; Extended Cable Service; and Special-Order Supplies and Equipment (i.e. wheelchairs, walkers, canes, bedside commodes, etc.). Durable Medical Equipment can be purchased at Health-E Quip at a 30% discount for residents of Dillon Living Center.

Assisted Living Apartments
Billing Schedule

Each resident is charged according to their level of care, which is completed upon admission and reviewed on regular basis by the Assisted Living Coordinator. Five levels of care exist and every effort is made to address care requirements with emphasis on independence, resident well-being, and caregiver involvement.
The following are included in the apartment rates: Meals; Linen; Housekeeping; Security; Social Services; Life Enhancement Activities; Maintenance; Basic Cable; Lifeline (Resident has responsibility to have a landline installed); and Certified and Licensed staff.
Wheelchairs, walkers, canes, bedside commodes and other durable medical equipment are the responsibility of the resident. Durable Medical Equipment can be purchased at Health-E Quip at a 30% discount for residents of Dillon Living Center for some equipment.
